All website orders are shipped with Fastway Couriers, once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-4 business days for deliveries.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any skincare products.
Bookings & Cancellation Policy
If you are a new client, please ensure you book a Skin Consultation. All Clients must have a consultation prior to any treatment, if this isn’t booked, it will result in a treatment not being carried out but still charged for the time.
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings in line with our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked appointment will result in a 50% charge, no shows will be charged at 100% of the booked appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and cannot do so online, please phone during work hours, email or FB message. Text Messages are not monitored.
Covid 19 Policy
As restrictions begin to ease, Skin Solutions continues to ensure the highest possible standards of hygiene and safety for both the Client and Skin Specialist in its mask-less environment. As always please continue to arrive for your appointment wearing your mask and sanitize your hands upon arrival.
Regardless of antigen test status, you must cancel your appointment if:
You, or anybody in your household, has tested positive for Covid-19.
You, or anybody in your household, have been identified as a Close Contact of somebody with covid 19.
You, or anybody in your household, are displaying any symptoms similar to that of Covid 19 such as cough, sore throat, fever, or body aches and pain.
You have traveled internationally in the past 7 days.
You, or anybody in your household, is awaiting a covid 19 test, or test result.
Although Skin Solutions will always en devour to reschedule appointments, we cannot guarantee a cancellation fee will not be charged due to the volume of last minute cancellations and the strain this is placing on the viability of the business.
