You must cancel your appointment if:
You or anybody in your household has tested positive for covid-19
If you or anybody in your household have been identified as a close contact of somebody with covid-19, regardless of antigen test results.
If you, or anybody in your household, have any symptoms that may be covid-19 such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, body aches and pains, regardless of antigen test results.
If you, or anybody in your household, is awaiting a test or test result of covid-19.
If you have traveled internationally in the past 7 days.
Please continue to arrive your appointment wearing your facemask and sanitize your hands on arrival and departure.
As always, please do not attend your appointment or virus (such as throat infection, chest infection, head cold) which you may spread to your Skin Specialist and others.
Although Skin Solutions will always attempt to reschedule an appointment, we cannot guarantee the cancellation fee will be waived due to the high number of last minute cancellations affecting the business weekly.
